Controversial Malindi Pastor Paul Mackenzie and 18 co-accused will stay in police custody for three more days.

The Shanzu Senior Principal Magistrate Joe Omido has directed the matter, in which the DPP wants to continue holding the suspects for 90 more days to be handled by his colleague Shanzu SPM Yusuf Shikanda.

Pastor Paul Mackenzie was rearrested on Tuesday immediately after he had secured his release.
